Production Associate
The Parks Apparel is a fast-growing outdoor lifestyle apparel company looking for an individual who has a love for the outdoors and has an incredible talent for detail-oriented tasks and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the packaging of retail orders as well as subscription orders
- Responding to customer inquiries through email
- Analyzing sales trends to forecast demand for products
- Communicating with the marketing team in sending out products to influencers and other brands
Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- Must be a people-person
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs
- Knowledge and experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and above
- Self-starter with good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to maintain strong and consistent communication through email and phone
- Lover of all thing outdoors!
